Colorado Auction House
CO Auctions keep on rolling like a snowball!
Howdy Colorado Auction Lovers!
Hopefully everyone is hanging through this wild winter we are having. We just spent some wonderful time up in the front range past Boulder. Outstanding trout streams, quiet mountain towns, friendly Colorado people made our Valentine journey feel like home. The snow hasn’t been as bad as they said. From our perspective, it was overdue and other than the bad road conditions, most of our friends had some fun with the fresh powder.
We spent Valentine weekend at a cabin in the foothills with a indoor hot tub, out door Jacuzzi, two gas fireplaces, BBQ grill, fire pit, secluded decks, no neighbors, and quiet, quiet, quiet. The half log cabin/ half modern living was an outstanding hybrid without having to chink logs every year for the owner. Gas heat, heated separate six car garage, rain walk in shower, leather recliners and surround sound, we were snug as two bugs when the snow dropped.
All across our great CO state, rental and property values are on the rise because of the green revolution. Revenue is up and people are investing. Now is an exciting time for Colorado Auctions. The calm sleepy moments before the spring thaw provide a refuge for those seeking a profitable year. Now is the time to research your assets and potentially start cashing in on mineral rights, vacation real estate, commercial real estate. Even residential Colorado real estate is setting new auction records from Aspen to Durango.
